At AutoHue, we genuinely care about our customers and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s perfectly okay.

If you need to return an item, please note that we can only accept returns for unopened packages. If the package has been opened or tampered with, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

In the event that your order gets lost or arrives damaged, or if you receive a defective product, we’ll gladly provide you with a return label and issue a full refund. However, please keep in mind that returns/refunds cannot be accepted for installation errors.
